Chantel Brannan spent the last year as a substitute para-educator. During this time, she has spent time with students in a small group setting, teaching them subjects such as reading, spelling, math, and social skills. She believes that in order to teach well, you have to meet the student where they're at, so they can have the proper tools to succeed. She also loves to make learning fun and applicable to life, whether that be counting the blocks you use when making a tower to hypothetically eating and baking pies in order to solve math problems.
