In Physics the word "Quantized" is used very often. To clear things up, here is what it means to be "quantized":

When a physical quantity can only have discrete values (possible values are restriced to ONLY some numbers), we can then say the quantity is "quantized".

For example, electric charges can only be whole numbers like 1e, 2e, -1e, -2e, 3e, etc, it can't have decimal values like 1.5e, so we can say electric charges are quantized.
