Good Learners and Failure
To aspire to great achievement is to risk failure. No one can make you feel like a failure without your consent. Good learners risk doing things badly in order to find out how to do things well.
The fear of failure, pardoxically, often guarantees failure. Nobody (except Sheldon on "The Big Bang Theory") masters anything on the first attempt.
If you're afraid to fail, you're afraid to learn. Not effective, so conquer the fear.
